After a Loan Officer wraps up the initial application (and throws in the Purchase Contract if needed), it's time to share the good news with our Processor—Clear To Close Loan Processing is a go! We'll whisk the loan into the Lender's portal and shower our clients with the initial disclosures within 24 hours.
If our Loan Officer doesn't already have all the necessary docs like income details, assets info, IDs, and whatnot, our Processor swoops in to collect those from the client.
Once the Initial Disclosures are happily signed, it's time for the real fun! We'll order the Title, Appraisal, Insurance Quotes, and more, send the loan to Underwriting, and stick around till the grand finale—Disbursement, plus a little post-close audit for good measure!

Submission to Funding
The Loan Officer takes the spotlight in this phase, handling the disclosure process, ensuring those disclosures get a happy signature, and snagging the initial docs needed for underwriting magic. Once that's all in order, it's the Loan Officer's turn to nudge their Processor with the magic words: Clear to Close Loan Processing.
From there, we smoothly sail through submitting the loan to underwriting, guiding it all the way to the grand finale—disbursement! And just to make sure everything's as perfect as can be, we throw in a post-close audit for good measure.

End-to-End Processing
The LOA/Processor is your go-to team member for setting up prequals and preapprovals on TBD applications, even going the extra mile to submit TBD to leaders when necessary. Once the Loan Officer wraps up the application and pulls the client's credit, we swing into action—collecting crucial client documents like income and assets. This helps us crunch the numbers, structure the loan, and run AUS, ensuring the client is all set to embark on their home-buying journey.
Upon receiving and reviewing the client docs, the file takes a graceful return to the LO, who then delivers the exciting news to the clients about their pre-qualification. Once the Prequal hits the client's inbox, the LOA/Processor gears up, needing a full initial needs list from the client, along with the purchase contract once they've secured a deal. If needed, we're happy to submit to TBD underwriting at your preferred lender.
When the client proudly presents a purchase contract, we take the reins—running AUS, handling disclosures, and smoothly guiding the file through funding. And of course, the cherry on top is the post-close audit to ensure everything's picture-perfect.
